Principles and Practices of Financial Management (‘PPFM’)

The PPFM goes into great detail, focusing on the standards, methods and controls we adopt to ensure we run the Clerical Medical With-Profits Fund robustly and fairly. It also explains how we respond to changes in the business and economic environment. The PPFM annual report details how the fund has been managed in line with the PPFM.

With-Profits summary (offshore version)

This With-Profits summary is designed to provide an overview of how investments in the Offshore With-Profits and Guaranteed Growth Funds work. This summary is a simplified version of the PPFM.

With-Profits investment factsheets (offshore versions)

These documents are available for £ Sterling, Euro and US$ Dollar currencies and they provide information on the assets and their performance for investments in the Offshore With-Profits and Guaranteed Growth Funds.

*CMI Insurance Company Limited guarantees that the price of units in the Offshore With-Profits Fund can never fall, although a market value adjuster (MVA) may apply when you withdraw from the funds. The level of MVA depends on the currency and date of investment. Please read the ‘Clerical Medical Offshore With-Profits and the market value adjuster explained’ leaflet (HE567) for more information.
