Offshore With-Profits funds are investment fund options available for the Investment Account and Global Investor.

The aim of Offshore With-Profits funds is to generate capital growth over the medium to long term (at least five years), with some stability in the short term.

Offshore With-Profits funds are available in three different currencies, US Dollar, Sterling and Euro.

Growth in the fund depends on the bonus interest rates and the terminal bonus set by CMI Insurance Company Limited. The level of bonuses set depends on the performance of the investments that make up the fund.

A reduction may apply on full or partial surrender, or for regular withdrawals or fund switches.

*CMI Insurance Company Limited guarantees that the price of units in the Offshore With-Profits Fund can never fall, although a market value adjuster (MVA) may apply when you withdraw from the funds. The level of MVA depends on the currency and date of investment. Please read the 'Clerical Medical Offshore With-Profits and the market value adjuster explained leaflet (HE567) for more information.
